Night

An artifact from the interaction of camera, moon and window lend an other worldly image. Looking north to Chicago.

The ship looks menacing at night, makes me think of pirates. I can’t imagine how many people it takes to prepare this ship to sail and keep her on course.

Inner Harbor, Baltimore MD

Arrived a few days early in Shanghai to catch the end of the new year celebration. Walk with the masses through the latern district in yu yuan garden area. The crush of people made it difficult to see much but this tribute to the year of the horse was easy to spot.

I have heard the view from Victoria’s peak is spectacular during the day. I would not know. I have only been at night, it is hard to imagine it could be any more spectacular.

I included this picture, thinking it was Petronas Twin towers. Only to realize it was Detroit and not KL. Still a beautiful image at night.

This one needs no title. The iconic Sydney opera house is more colorful at night. I purchased a last minute ticket to attend The Tempest to get the full experience.

Every year Under Armour changes the color of their sign, at the Baltimore headquarters, to celebrate Pride month. The reflection in the harbor at night is a perfect rainbow.

The harbor comes to life at night as the sky scrapers are reflected on the surface.

Turin/Torino is my favorite city in Italy. A clean, easy city to walk with excellent shopping. Chritmas time is especially beautiful as lights are hung above all the pedestrian streets.

Located near the center of town the youth park and Taiwan fountain are a must see in Tirana, Albania.
